Shipping policy

The Famebase Store sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping.

Delivery method. Products are delivered electronically — via your account on the Store, a secure download link, and/or email to the address on your order.

Delivery timing. Standard digital products are made available immediately or shortly after your payment is confirmed. Where a Product involves a commissioned or custom design, the delivery timeframe stated on the product page or in your order confirmation applies.

Failed or non-receipt of delivery. If you have not received access to a purchased Product, first check your spam/junk folder and your account. If you still cannot access it, contact support@famebase.co with your order number and we will arrange re-delivery.

No shipping fees. Because all Products are digital, no shipping charges apply.
