1. Return and Refund Policy
All products sold on the Famebase Store are digital goods and AI-generated design deliverables. They are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivery or access has begun. Because of their nature, digital products cannot be "returned" in any meaningful sense, and access cannot be revoked once granted.
Waiver of the right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers). Under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83 and the corresponding Cyprus consumer protection legislation, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied otherwise than on a tangible medium where supply has begun with the customer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By completing your purchase you:
- expressly request and consent to immediate supply of the digital product or design; and
- acknowledge that, once supply or access begins, you lose your right of withdrawal and the purchase is final.
This consent is recorded at checkout. No refund will be issued once a design or digital deliverable has been delivered, made available for download, or otherwise made accessible to you.
Limited exceptions (at our sole discretion). We may, entirely at our discretion, issue a refund or credit where:
- a product was charged but never delivered or made accessible due to a verifiable technical failure on our side; or
- a duplicate or accidental charge occurred; or
- a deliverable was materially not as described in the product listing and cannot be remedied by re-delivery or correction.
Requests for a discretionary review must be sent to support@famebase.co within 14 days of purchase, with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Dissatisfaction with subjective qualities of an AI-generated design (style preference, aesthetic taste, change of mind) is not a defect and is not eligible for a refund.
Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter is a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend your account, revoke any licenses granted, and recover associated costs.
